Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation without charge, minimum 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellation with a doctor's prescription, minimum 24 hours in advance: 50% charge.
• Cancellation with 100% charge if made in less than 24 hours.
• Cancellation and rescheduling of the activity, with a minimum of 48 hours, free of charge.
• No-show charge of 100%.

Refund Policy

• No refund in case of seasickness.
• No refund in case of no luck on the day of the activity.
• No refund if the client or user carries out the activity for the total amount of time requested.
• No refund if the client or user decides to return before the established time.
• If port authorities close the port, a 100% refund or rescheduling will be offered for the activity.
