Our Story
Born at sea.
Built on trust.
Gllen's love for the sea began around his family's shipyard in Rocky Point, Sonora. After settling in Cabo San Lucas, his first boat was a 33ft vessel named Solmar 0, the beginning of what would become Silverados Sportfishing.
Today, Silverados remains a family-run operation, working alongside a trusted local network of captains and boats we know personally. Our captains know every current and reef in these waters, and our guests come back year after year, often with their own children.

I had the pleasure of going out with Roberto and Oscar on the Cherokee on Jan 13th, 2026. There were a ton of boats leaving the marina that morning. The crew got us out and going quickly. While everyone else made the turn just past the arch, we went straight out for a bit and then turned. Ended up being a winning strategy by Roberto because we pulled in a 250 lb blue marlin.
We used Silverados Sportfishing back in 2020. We caught a nice 8 1/2 foot striped marlin and several mahi mahi on that trip.
These guys know what they are doing. Book them with confidence.

Lifetime dream come true.
Silverados Sportfishing was recommended by our hotel and they did not disappoint!! The boat was clean and well equipped, but most importantly the captain and first mate made our dreams come true! We booked 2 fishing excursions with them during our week vacation and we caught 3 Marlins! We caught a variety of other species but the Marlins were dreams! Highly recommend! A 5 star experience for sure!
