We are a big family of people who have grown and developed over time. Our crew are passionate fishermen who like to share their knowledge with our friends and clients (every time more friends).
We are proud of our team, who always give their best on each and every fishing day.

Thanks to them, Silverados is everything it is today.

It all started about 40 years ago when Gllen Bercovich came to Los Cabos from Rocky Point, Sonora, where his love for the sea began, as he grew up in his family’s shipyard. Arriving in Cabo after living in multiple locations throughout the state of Sonora and Baja California Sur, he was captivated by the land of Los Cabos. So, he decided to stay after acquiring a 33ft boat named Solmar 0, which would later become Silverado.

And almost 40 years later, Silverados became what it is today; a company of values, transparency, passion and an incredible honorable and trustworthy crew.

Thanks to the love we have for what we do, we have created friendships over the years with numerous clients who return every year to fish with us to create new precious moments with their families, doing what they enjoy the most.

Currently, Gllen is one of the active advisors of the government for the state of Baja California Sur and Mexico for the protection of marine flora and fauna. Assisting and collaborating with the authorities to preserve this unique paradise.

Gllen

Gllen is the manager who will always take care of you and make sure everything is ready for your activity. He is a professional guy who takes his job very seriously (at least he tries to), as you will always get the best deal. He knows (almost) everything you ask him.

Carlos

Carlos is always more than willing to help anyone in need. He has worked with us for over 7 years. He knows Los Cabos inside out and will be able to make great recommendations.

Victor

Victor is an excellent captain, he is a serious person but with a noble heart. He is a very good fisherman and a valuable member of our team. He loves his job and will do his best to secure you a good catch. He’s been with us for over 6 years.

Cedrick

Cedrick has been helping us for several years to receive our clients, helping with check-in, taking them to our boats and introducing the crew to the clients, giving the tour on the boat, and when they return he receives the clients! He accompanies them in the process of collecting their catch, shares different recommendations of what to do with their catch and where to take the fish to cook it to the best restaurants in town.

Mario

Mario has been working with us for over 15 years, he loves what he does and enjoys meeting and talking to people, he will always assist and help you with any questions you may have regarding your fishing trip, recommendations and more.

Oscar

Oscar (El Tigre) has been with us for over 20 years. He started as captain of the Sheriff and now captain of the Navajo. He has an honorable mention 2nd place in the Bisbee’s tournament with a 400 pound marlin aboard the Navajo. He has participated in several fishing tournaments, has extensive experience and a sixth sense. He always strives to make clients happy and goes the extra mile to ensure a catch!

Roberto

Years ago, Roberto was a shrimper boat captain, until he preferred a little more action and became a sportfishing boat captain. Now captain of the Cherokee, he takes his job very seriously and likes to teach beginners.

Iván

Iván is our youngest crew member learning from the big guys. He enjoys what he does and the sea life. We are happy to have him onboard.

Tonatiuh

Tonatiuh (El Niño); has good 9 years working with us. If it were up to him, he would live on a boat because of his love for the sea. He enjoys being a fisherman, he’s very polite and helpful.
